When working with children, I don't expect them to sit on the couch and spill their feelings. I use an individualized approach that includes play therapy and teaching self calming methods and how to manage emotions. I find that clients of any age appreciate my passion and direct style.
I have worked in a variety of settings including residential juvenile and adult facilities, outpatient clinics, and private practice.

I am a veteran of the US Air Force and would be honored to work with veterans, service members and their families.
In 2024 I completed my initial basic training for EMDR Therapy through The Institute for Creative Mindfulness, and have since continued to attend trainings and consultations with EMDRIA certified therapists and trainers.
