Why I Became a Therapist
I believe that everyone has the capacity to change and grow at any stage of life. In my view, mental health challenges often stem from unhealthy behaviors learned over time; because these patterns are learned, they can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ways of being. Having navigated my own struggles, I dedicated myself to learning how to regulate my mind and body. Today, I am no longer controlled by past experiences or future worries. My goal as a therapist is to help you achieve that same sense of freedom. My practice offers a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and burdens.
