About My Clients

I have experience in working with a wide range of clients from ages 13 and up. I work with teens, individuals, couples, and families. I address and work with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. Scott has extensive experience in working with active-duty military, veterans, and first responders population.

My Background and Approach

I don't believe you need to be suffering to benefit from counseling. Improving oneself is a sign of strength not weakness especially for men who are socialized to be self-sufficient, stoic and strong. Scott works with men to evolve and redefine a more nuanced and sophisticated version of masculinity. I also love working with all genders and am a strong ally of the LGBTQ Specializing in trauma-focused and positive psychology, and depending on my client's needs, I integrate various modalities including CBT, DBT, REBT, Existentialism, and Psychodynamic. I take pride in helping my clients identify and overcome, often unconscious, barriers that are holding them back from a joyful and meaningful life.
