About My Clients

The people I work with are professionals, between the ages of 20-60, who are experiencing distress with anxious and depressive feelings, having difficulties in their relationships, and finding trouble expressing their feelings with family, friends, and spouses.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with numerous years in the mental health field and over a decade of being a therapist in Massachusetts. I have received training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy, which I use when working with both individuals and couples. As a therapist, I put emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, as this is micorcosm of the experiences that each client may have in their life. This relationship allows risk taking and skill building to take place in an "emotional laboratory".
