My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I feel like trauma can wound us and we need to heal. I am passionate about trauma research and how our experiences shape our world. Every individual is different, and I take that into account when forming my approach with clients- to understand them and allow them to feel understood. I have always been a strong advocate for social change and believe in the movement of equality, fairness, and providing a safe place for all people. I have been through my own struggles, and I believe that is what guides my passion to reserve judgment on others and form empathy with the strong desire to understand others.
