My Background and Approach
I work with various orientations including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior Therapy (DBT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE), Internal Family Systems and Emotion Focused. I also use other evidenced-based interventions including Motivational Interviewing (MI) and mindfulness-based practices to best address the client and their needs.
