About My Clients
I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, or overwhelming life experiences. Many come to therapy feeling stuck, weighed down by difficult experiences, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a warm, supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, process what they have been through, and build the confidence and resilience needed to create meaningful change in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating anxiety and trauma, including acute trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. As a trained EMDR therapist, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into treatment and draw on IFS-informed concepts to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and build lasting resilience. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Together, we work to better understand the challenges you are facing, strengthen your existing abilities, and develop practical tools that promote meaningful and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. My goal is to provide a supportive, focused environment where you can make sense of what you're going through, discover your strengths, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
