I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience providing therapy in diverse settings, including hospitals and private practice. My training is rooted in trauma‑informed care, and I am skilled in evidence‑based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices. Throughout my career, I have supported adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
