My Background and Approach
With 10+ years experience in helping people, I use a variety of approaches allowing you to take the lead and be the expert on you while I serve as a consultant guide in helping you get to your best life and your best self. At an early age I spent hours listening to people talk about the transitions, traumas, and troubles in their life as I played just out of ear’s reach (or so they thought). These special moments ignited a passion for people and understanding of what happens when human beings start being human.
