My Background and Approach
I’ve been in the mental health field since 2008, gaining experience across a variety of treatment settings, which allows me to meet clients where they are and tailor support to their unique needs. As a mom of two and a single mother who has navigated the challenges of divorce, I understand firsthand how overwhelming life transitions can feel. I’ve rebuilt my life and career from the ground up, and I bring that same resilience and practical insight into my work. My approach is both compassionate and goal-oriented, helping you find clarity, direction, and confidence so you can move forward feeling stronger and more aligned.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I come from a very open-minded family where spirituality was explored in many forms, and that foundation continues to shape how I show up as a therapist. I believe there is no one “right” way to heal or find meaning, what matters most is what resonates with you and supports your day-to-day well-being. I do not subscribe to any single religion, but instead honor and respect all belief systems, cultures, and identities. In my practice, I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and see therapy as a space where we can learn from one another. I value curiosity, cultural humility, and creating an environment where you feel fully seen and respected. Whether your beliefs are spiritual, religious, or neither, I will meet you with openness and without judgment. My goal is to help you connect with what brings you peace, purpose, and alignment in your own life, in a way that feels authentic to you.
