My Background and Approach
Imagine what it would be like to wake up in the morning, after a full night's sleep, and not feel that sense of dread. Imagine feeling in control and on top of work, school, relationships, parenting, and life in general. Imagine being confident in social situations and feeling like you have the tools to be the version of ourself that you always wanted to be. Other than being a nerd for Star Wars and D&D I bring sarcasm, sweetness, and a “ready to get to work attitude” to our sessions that make them feel real and authentic.
