My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in everyone's capacity for learning and creativity. My academic journey began with a dance-focused Bachelor's from Ohio State, exploring creativity's impact on well-being. Curiosity led to a second degree—a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. The fusion of creativity and psychology is my professional essence. Furthering my education, I earned a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in dance/movement therapy. Today, I'm an LPC in Colorado and an R-DMT. Passionate about well-being, I embrace all aspects of oneself. My goal is to support and empower you to living authentically.
