About My Clients

I enjoy working with clients facing a variety of challenges, including relationship and family conflict, nervous system dysregulation, anxiety, depression, trauma, body image concerns, life transitions, and grief. I have a particular passion for supporting clients with chronic illnesses as they navigate medical trauma, diagnosis anxiety, and other unique experiences. Additionally, I am interested in working with the LGBTQIA+ community on issues related to identity, intimacy, and family.

My Background and Approach

With a background in massage therapy and dance, I am guided by a deep curiosity for how stress and trauma impact the body and nervous system – and how to support clients in achieving more embodied freedom. My approach is systemic and grounded in social justice, with a deep curiosity about how family, community, and cultural narratives shape my clients' lived experiences. My style is warm, compassionate, gently challenging, and trauma-informed, ensuring clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and have training in Somatic EMDR Therapy - a powerful approach to trauma recovery and PTSD that integrates body awareness with traditional EMDR techniques.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe individual healing is a vital step toward collective liberation, and I aim to build a trusting, safe therapeutic relationship through which change can occur. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and taking the first step is an act of courage. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or a deeper sense of connection, I’m here to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s important to you and reclaim your agency.
