About My Clients
I work with adults and older adolescents navigating ADHD, anxiety, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, burnout, self-esteem, stress, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting women, parents of neurodivergent children, and individuals who feel overwhelmed by the pressure to keep up, meet expectations, or care for everyone else. If you're feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of what comes next, therapy is a place to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist (ALC, NCC) who provides compassionate, collaborative therapy for adults and older adolescents navigating anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, burnout, self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches. I believe therapy should be personalized rather than one-size-fits-all. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical skills, and work toward meaningful change. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with ADHD and neurodivergent experiences, women navigating adulthood, relationships, motherhood, career, and identity, and parents of neurodivergent children. My goal is to help you feel understood, build self-awareness and confidence, and create a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and understood without having to change who they are to be worthy of support. I value authenticity, compassion, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful growth happens when we feel safe enough to be honest about where we are. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process—not a place where someone tells you who to be or how to live. My role is to walk alongside you, help you better understand yourself, and support you in making choices that align with your values and the life you want to create. I also believe in looking beyond labels and diagnoses to understand the whole person. In my work with neurodivergent clients, I strive to provide an affirming space that recognizes individual strengths while addressing the real challenges that can come with navigating a world that isn't always designed with neurodivergent people in mind.
