About My Clients
My clients usually are people that seem to do well in most areas of their life, but somehow or someway something has pulled them out of their flow. I work a lot with clients that are grieving, want help with setting boundaries, are introverted, are experiencing burnout due to being a caregiver, have anxiety/depression, or are LGBTQ. Even if you fit into none of these areas or more than one, reach out, we may be a great fit and we can figure that out pretty quickly.
My Background and Approach
Most (not all) of my areas of expertise come from lived experience. I'm someone that is an introvert, has experience grief and loss, has been a caregiver experiencing burnout, and someone that has worked at setting boundaries. My life experience in combination with my training has allowed me to be a present and supportive therapist to clients that are looking for connection and support processing their feelings and experiences.
