About My Clients
I have extensive experience with mental health crisis intervention. I have worked in an inpatient psychiatric unit doing psycho-social assessments and helping individuals as well as their families navigate the resources available to them within our community.
My Background and Approach
I use an existential framework to help individuals create a lifestyle that is meaningful to them based on their personal values and passions. I believe in the alignment of mind, body and spirit in order for individuals to become their most authentic selves. I use cognitive reframing, person-centered approaches and holistic techniques in order to help clients gain insight into their current stressors which I believe is the first step towards personal growth.
