About My Clients
For as long as I can remember, I recognized a fire in me to be able to provide a safe place for those who needed it. Speaking as a queer woman, my lived experiences have directed me towards becoming an advocate for systemic equality and transformation. My passions lie in trauma-informed care, gender-affirming care, and helping high conflict relationships of all backgrounds navigate through their journey. I strive to cultivate a non-judgmental environment that allows for connection and validity.
My Background and Approach
I take an eclectic approach of care for my clients, as I believe there is no one size fits all method. However, I am attuned to experiential and emotionally focused methods that call for a strength-based approach, client autonomy, emotional awareness, personal growth, authenticity, and a mind-body connection. I utilize meditation, mindfulness, and expressive arts.
