About My Clients

I hope to continue supporting clients as they heal from experiences of domestic abuse, navigate eating disorders, and cope with anxiety / depression.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Prescott College. During my academic career, I have also specialized in Women and Gender Studies, which continues to shape the way I understand people and their experiences. This lens supports my intersectional approach to mental health and helps me consider how identity, culture, and lived experience influence how we see ourselves and move through the world. I enjoy working with clients of all genders, and I am especially drawn to supporting tweens, teens, and adults as they navigate challenges related to identity, emotion, and relationships. I also have a strong interest in working with LGBTQIA+ and queer clients, and I strive to offer a space that is affirming, inclusive, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience.
