About My Clients
If you’re a woman who feels stretched thin, overwhelmed by the mental load, or unsure where you fit in this season of life, you’re in the right place. I work with women navigating motherhood, pregnancy and postpartum, burnout, identity shifts, and the everyday tension between who you are and who you feel you’re supposed to be. You don’t have to have it all figured out, we can start wherever you are.
My Background and Approach
My background as an occupational therapist, IBCLC, postpartum doula, and Motherhood Studies Practitioner shapes an approach that considers the whole person, not just one challenge, symptom, or diagnosis. I support women through the physical, emotional, relational, and practical transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. My work is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both clinical knowledge and real-life experience. I believe motherhood can hold many things at once: joy and grief, gratitude and exhaustion, confidence and uncertainty. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can better understand your needs, identify what may be getting in the way, and find practical, meaningful ways forward that fit your life, not someone else’s idea of how motherhood should look.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe motherhood is both deeply meaningful and incredibly complex, and that women deserve space to experience all of it without judgment. I value authenticity, compassion, curiosity, and meeting people where they are rather than prescribing a “right” way to mother. I believe support should honor each woman’s individual values, identity, family, culture, and circumstances. Asking for help is a sign of self-awareness and strength, not inadequacy.
