About My Clients

Are you feeling overwhelmed or out of sync with yourself? You may appear capable and put-together, yet sense something within you is shifting. Stepping into a new role—parent, caregiver, partner, or midlife transition—can bring both growth and grief for who you once were. Therapy offers a space to slow down, be seen and heard, and reconnect with who you are as you move through identity shifts and new chapters.

My Background and Approach

Depression, anxiety, and grief often show up as Psyche’s way of asking us to slow down and listen to something deep within. A part of you needs to be seen and understood for healing to begin. Life transitions—stepping into a new role, midlife shifts, or the loss of a relationship, a spouse, a parent, or another meaningful connection—can bring uncertainty, grief, and a sense of disconnection from who you once were. Together, we can create space for these losses to be deeply felt and gently released. My work is depth-oriented and Jungian, drawing on dreams, imagination, and symbols as portals for insight. I trust your inner wisdom to guide the process and welcome both reflection and laughter along the way. Therapy can offer relief from pain and a richer, more meaningful life. I celebrate diversity and welcome people of all backgrounds and life stories.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe something powerful happens when we are truly listened to. It helps make sense of thoughts and feelings that feel intangible, leading to insights and answers already within us. Sometimes things have to get worse before they get better. We all have the potential to evolve, and when we do, it lifts up those around us, but it may also ask us to leave behind what no longer fits or serves our path. I am honored to witness someone’s story and transformation — in their own time. I also believe that everything in the universe exists within each individual. I grew up surrounded by books on Jung, active imagination, Buddha, Jesus, and Ram Dass. Outside of therapy, I love family, trivia nights with friends, and my favorite thing of all: laughing until my abs hurt (or sometimes until I pee a little). If exploring Psyche together might help, shoot me a message or send me an email and we can set up a free phone consultation.
