Hi and welcome! My name is Savannah and my passion is assisting people of all ages find their inner strength, discover personal resolutions, and cope with life’s ever many changes and difficulties. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, grief and loss, life transitions/adjustments, trauma, and women's issues.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Webster University with a Masters in Counseling and have years of experience working with individuals in a variety of different settings. When you meet me, you'll see that I take a client centered approach. I use several treatment modalities such as ACT, mindfulness, CBT, and person centered therapy. You know your story better than anyone. I am here to walk along side you on your journey to a fuller and happier life. I value your life experience, interests, and passions; and by providing a safe environment where you are free to explore your world, I will meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.
