My Background and Approach
Savannah has been working in the mental health field for the past 5 years and wants to do things differently. As a millennial, Savannah understands the unique struggles and stressors that we are facing. In our work together, I will use different techniques to best fit your individual needs during sessions. During our time together, you will experience warmth and understanding, along with my underlying sense of humor and authenticity. Savannah specializes in trauma and anxiety disorders combining talk therapy and EMDR to help with processing. Savannah has experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health struggles, she also enjoys working with couples as well.
