About My Clients
I am currently accepting referrals for ADHD testing and treatment. I see patients age 12+ as well as adults.
My Background and Approach
My background is in family services through working in a school, inpatient-psychiatric facility, emergency room, and more. My specialty is with children (12+) and young adults. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, substance use, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADD/ADHD, behavioral issues, attachment disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and more. I am currently accepting referrals for ADHD testing and treatment. I am trained in EMDR which is a trauma therapy that is ideal for chronic pain, depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, addictions, and phobias. I also offer cognitive behavior therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, parent management training (oregon model), and talk therapy and motivational interviewing.
