I have worked with clients of all ages and in all stages of life throughout my internships and work places. I have an appreciation for underlying commonalities that we can find ourselves in while experiencing these sometimes difficult shifts, and hold space for the depth of growth that these moments can also have in store, trusting the ability to reach the other side of things.

I am open to any spiritual or religious affiliation or belief system. I am often curious about ways that my clients connect to the divine or spiritual realm, and believe that spirituality is part of the great unconscious, part of an orientation that speaks to the soul.

I am certified in Expressive Arts Therapy and use this modality as a form of unconscious expression. For clients that are oriented towards the visual world, or when language can be prohibitive or stuck, using different kinds of expressions and materials can help the energy flow and speak in ways that can be surprising.

I believe we all carry deep complexes that are trying to be healed through relationships. Some of our greatest woundings can turn into not-so-great dynamics that may repeat themselves over and over until we are able to heal them. I like to really spend time with what is present and happening for you, while looking at the underlying tones of connection to your past, to explore and see what needs to shift and change.
