About My Clients
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that aren’t working. Many are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally—with anxiety, relationships, identity, or life transitions. I’m committed to working with the LGBTQ+ community and creating a space where you can show up as you are—fully accepted and supported.
My Approach to Helping
I take a relational, collaborative approach grounded in the belief that change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest about your inner world. I draw from ACT, emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness to help you understand your emotions, relationship patterns, and how anxiety or depression may be shaping your life. We slow things down, build awareness, and support new ways of responding—balancing practical tools with deeper work around identity, values, and connection. My goal is to offer a calm, grounded space where you feel supported and able to be yourself.

My work is shaped by both professional experience and real life. I understand how relationships, transitions, and stress show up in everyday life—and how much they can impact how we feel and function. I’m committed to affirming gender-diverse individuals and creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and able to be themselves. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I approach this work with humility, curiosity, and respect for each person’s experience.
