About My Clients

I specialize in care for those in the non-monogamy/poly, kink/BDSM, queer/LGB, and trans/GNC communities, and anyone over the age of 18 that is seeking support. Many individuals I see struggle to get our of their heads and to develop a compassionate awareness of their bodies. They want to improve their ability to be present in their lives and in their relationships.

My Background and Approach

Through my professional background, I am a trained witness to the traumatic impacts of oppression, political policies, and colonization. I see and feel the ways in which our numbing and disembodiment influences our individual and collective mental health. Working with me often includes mindfulness and body-centered techniques. We’ll also work on reframing emotions or thoughts in a way that allows for more curiosity and acceptance of yourself. I have found that, by learning to be truly with the sensations of our bodies, we can increase our capacity to move through our experiences of anxiety, depression, grief, anger, shame, and overwhelm. I am skilled in moving at a pace that honors boundaries and builds a deep sense of trust between us.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe that by learning to simply be with ourselves and our bodies in each moment, we can discover the power of and possibility in our conscious, subconscious, and unconscious choices.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
