About My Clients
Whether you feel your child needs support through (*virtual) school, family changes or trauma, you are struggling with dating or relationships, co- parenting or solo- parenting, or feeling stuck in your career or pathway. I operate within social justice and anti-oppression frameworks and aim to be held accountable to the clients and communities I serve through open feedback, alliance, and reflection.
My Background and Approach
I am a feminist and womxnist, anti racist, and solutions focused therapist. I aim to ensure that every client is seen as an individual and remains the expert of their experiences. . I aim to Integrate mindfulness-based practices and skills drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Theory, Solutions Focused Therapy as well as additional strengths based and person specific interventions. I hope to leverage clients interests and styles and utilize movement and play therapy, art and music, and other creative techniques that are age and goal specific.

I approach therapy with a holistic framework. Understanding that each of us, no matter the age, deserve to feel heard and may need some additional support.
