About My Clients
You're a thoughtful, sensitive, and creative human trying to hold it all together in the Bay Area - no small feat. Between the grind, relationships, and existential spirals, it's a lot. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck - longing for deeper meaning or struggling with old wounds that show up in the present. I offer in-person and online therapy in CA for young professionals seeking not just relief, but a deeper, more honest relationship with their inner world and the life they're living.
My Background and Approach
Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and gently explore the roots of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. I work psychodynamically and relationally, helping you uncover how early experiences and unconscious beliefs continue to shape your present. Our work is rooted in mindfulness and self-compassion, always at your pace. I offer a warm, attuned presence and deep respect for your inner world - supporting you as you face your inner critic, soften shame, and shift long-held patterns. Together we'll use creativity, metaphor and even humor to explore stuck places and make room for new ways of relating to yourself and others. Over time, you can move toward a life that feels more connected, authentic, and meaningful. You don't have to figure this out on your own. If you're feeling stuck or uncertain but know something needs to shift, I invite you to reach out. This could be a place to begin.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in relationship - when there's trust, safety, and space to bring your whole self. I offer a grounded, compassionate presence and a collaborative process shaped by curiosity, care, and deep listening. Rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and depth-oriented therapy, I honor the intelligence of your body, the complexity of your story, and the longing beneath your pain. I welcome artists, deep feelers, seekers, and those who've never quite fit the mold. My practice affirms and honors all identities - including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients - and acknowledges the weight of personal and systemic trauma. Influenced by Buddhist thought, I value self-compassion, presence, and non-attachment to outcome - trusting that meaningful change emerges when we feel truly met. Therapy can be a place to return to yourself, loosen what no longer serves, and move toward a more authentic, meaningful way of being.
