About My Clients
You may be someone who puts others first, keeps the peace, or wonders if your concerns are “significant enough” for therapy. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply not like yourself. I welcome those who feel unsure or hesitant about therapy. You don’t need a crisis to deserve support. Together, we can explore your experiences, reconnect with your needs and values, build confidence, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Houston native with a passion for mental health and a love for all things creative and unique. I began my journey at Sam Houston State University, earning a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. My experiences in community, school, and private practice settings deepened my understanding of child, teen, and adult mental health and strengthened my passion for advocacy. I later earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel seen, heard, and genuinely accepted. Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), I work collaboratively with clients to explore their values, identify achievable goals, and build on existing strengths. I also incorporate parts work and creative approaches to help clients better understand themselves, reconnect with their authentic selves, and move toward meaningful growth.
