About My Clients
I have experience working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and life stages. I welcome people of all racial identities, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, and religious affiliations. My work has included finding new ways to navigate anxiety, depression, emotional pain, trauma, psychedelic experiences, or learning to set boundaries in relationships and live life more intentionally and authentically.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Masters of Social Work from Fordham University and a BA in both Psychology and Criminal Social Justice from Penn State University. My therapeutic approach may include Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Cannabis-Assisted Psychotherapy, Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy and Integration Therapy, Psychedelic Harm Reduction, Solution Focused (Brief) Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness/Meditation, Client Centered Therapy, Emotionally Focused, Family / Marital, Psychodynamic, and Trauma Focused Therapy. I believe the therapeutic alliance is a partnership to help clients achieve their goals. There is not 'a one size fits all' therapeutic solution, rather a combination of therapeutic approaches that is tailored to each individual client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am actively engaged in the psychedelic community and am continuing my studies in this field. I am passionate about the use of psychedelics and entheogenic plants to improve human health and overall well-being, and am excited by their potential to transform mental healthcare.
