I particularly enjoy working with those who have experienced traumas in childhood, folks who are noticing problematic patterns in relationships, and young adults going through life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities. I use an integrative approach to explore past experiences and patterns as well as to problem solve and plan for the future. I believe the therapeutic relationship is paramount for therapy to be successful.
