About My Clients
I utilize an integrative theoretical approach, including EMDR, IFS, Somatic, CBT, DBT, and ACT, adjusting accordingly to support your therapeutic goals. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with chronic illness and complex trauma.I have participated in numerous advanced training's in these specialties. As a licensed school counselor, I also enjoy supporting students and families looking for support navigating academic settings, including 504/IEP support, and school refusal.
