I am familiar with the many different kinds of “non-traditional” relationship styles and configurations that can healthily exist between multiple people, and I recognize that there are many ways to find pleasure and satisfaction in consensual romantic and sexual relationships and practices.

I specialize in working with people who are survivors of interpersonal and developmental, trauma, such as childhood abuse and neglect, intimate partner violence, and sexual abuse and assault, or are adult children of alcoholics and dysfunctional families. I am trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR and somatic therapy (Trauma Resiliency Model), which are both therapeutic modalities that are specifically designed to access the mind-body connection in processing and releasing trauma.

I am a kink-informed therapist, and I am comfortable working with clients who identify as kinky, practice BDSM, or have specific sexual fetishes. I recognize that there is a wide spectrum of diverse sexualities, and I create an accepting and non-judgmental space for clients to share openly and honestly about themselves.
