About My Clients

You’ve done a lot of work, but trauma, depression, anxiety, or burnout still pull you back into the same loops, and you’re tired of endlessly analyzing yourself without feeling relief. You’re looking for a therapist who already understands your identities and relationship structures, and for a deeper shift than just adding more coping skills. And maybe you’re curious if therapy with me could help you feel more at home in your body, your emotions, and your life. If this sounds like you, I'm here.

My Background and Approach

I provide ketamine‑assisted therapy, Somatic EMDR therapy, and relationship therapy for people who live outside of “neurotypical" or "cisheteronormative” structures, and carry the nervous‑system toll of that. With thoughtful prep, supported ketamine sessions, and integration, we use KAP (and/or Somatic EMDR) to soften shame and survival mode and build more ease, self‑trust, and authenticity. If you’ve rarely felt seen in therapy, I want therapy with me to feel different. My hope is that our work becomes a place where your identities, relationships, brain, and body all get to belong. I offer Somatic EMDR or relationship therapy with or without ketamine-assisted therapy and if this support feels like what you’ve been missing, I’d love to connect! I bring 14 years of therapy experience as well as Somatic EMDR, psychedelic therapy, parts work, and relationship therapy training to my work. All my offerings are grounded in clinical expertise, trauma-informed care, and lived perspective.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I'm queer, non-binary, polyamorous, and a relationship anarchist, and these aren't just checkboxes to me. They're core to who I am and how I show up in the therapy room. I'm also vegan and deeply committed to living in alignment with my values in all areas of life. I helped found a local queer and ENM community and care deeply about building spaces where people can show up fully as themselves both personally and professionally. I built this practice because I know what it's like to sit across from a well-meaning therapist who still needs you to explain your relationship structure before the real work can begin. Allies matter and there's also something different about working with a therapist who actually shares your identities and lived experience. You shouldn't have to educate your therapist. You deserve to just show up and do the work. And that's what I'm all about.
