About My Clients

I have experience working with substance abuse, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. I work with clients who seek to explore their thoughts and emotions, how these feelings and thinking patterns connect to their experiences, and understand overall impacts on quality of life. My clients work to develop healthy coping mechanisms through self-reflection and connection to better navigate their relationships, emotions, and life stressors.

My Background and Approach

I utilize a strength-based perspective while providing evidence based practices in treatment. These practices include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Dialectic Behavior Treatment (DBT). My framework includes using a psychodynamic approach that's warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I believe that people can begin to heal and feel better through the context of a safe and trusting relationship.
