My Background and Approach
I am a mental health therapist who 5 years of experience. I offer many different methods of therapy to create a well-rounded therapy experience. My clients have autonomy in their treatment and will be provided with a mixture of coping skills and space to process experiences. I provide a welcoming environment, while also challenging you to meet your goals. You should never feel stuck with your therapist, therefore feedback is welcome so we can tailor your therapy to your needs. Whether you are looking for CBT, ACT, trauma informed care, or even a little relaxation and mindfulness, I am confident we can create a toolbelt of coping skills to create the best version of you!
