Do you want to improve your relationships with yourself and others? Doing the work to heal trauma or improve a relationship can seem overwhelming, but I am here to help you take it one step at a time, with compassion and support. You deserve to live your best life!
My Background and Approach
I completed an MS at Loyola University and I am licensed as a P-LPC and NCC. I am trauma certified through PESI. I have worked in treatment centers, the criminal justice system, and in private practice. My perspective is systemic, and I use somatic interventions to help clients identify thoughts and feelings, regulate their emotions, and tolerate discomfort. I am here to help you identify your goals in therapy and imagine the future that you want. Together we will get you there!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am body positive and I work to be an ally to members of the LGBTQIA+ community and people of the global majority. I strive to create an inclusive space where you can feel comfortable expressing your truth and working through your issues. I am active in the New Orleans recovery community and I volunteer with Trystereo, a local harm reduction collective, in order to improve the lives of people with addiction in my community.
