About My Clients

My clients are high-functioning teens and adults dealing with anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, or big life transitions. They often feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns like overthinking or avoidance, or unsure how to move forward. They want a warm, active therapist who offers support and practical tools. Together we work on understanding patterns, reducing anxiety, and building a more grounded, meaningful life.

My Background and Approach

My background includes extensive training in CBT, ACT, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and I’ve worked as a therapist and supervisor across community mental health, hospital settings, and group private practice. These experiences shaped my belief in thoughtful, collaborative care and meeting clients where they are. My approach is warm, engaged, and active—I’m not a silent therapist. I help teens and adults understand the patterns that keep them stuck while learning tools to reduce anxiety, interrupt OCD cycles, manage perfectionism, and navigate life transitions. I blend evidence-based strategies with relational support so clients feel understood, grounded, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
