About My Clients
I support adults navigating grief from death, divorce, estrangement, or life transitions. My clients often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or isolated in their pain. Together, we create space to honor their loss, process emotions, and find a path forward. Whether the loss is recent or long ago, therapy can help bring clarity, connection, and healing.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes grief is a natural, human process—but sometimes we get stuck and need a little help to move through it. I offer a warm, grounded space for adults processing loss, whether recent or long ago. My approach is integrative, blending somatic techniques, DBT, and psychodrama to support mind-body healing. I also facilitate grief groups, where shared experience can bring connection, relief, and the reminder that you're not alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in evidence-based care rooted in an understanding of the biology and neurology of trauma. We are more than the sum of our parts—mind, body, spirit, story, and mystery. I'm deeply curious about all faiths, philosophies, and the teachings of life itself. I meet clients where they are and honor all beliefs. Personally, I believe in a higher power and a deep sense of oneness rooted in love, compassion, and the shared human desire to reduce suffering.
