My Background and Approach
Are you struggling with relationship issues or issues that no one seems to understand? Are you feeling distant from your partner, emotionally and physically? Do you often wonder how to improve your relationship? The time is now to dedicate to yourself and your relationship! I provide individual and couples therapy. I collaborate with my clients to identify their strengths and improve their sense of self, which can improve the quality of their relationships with themselves and others. I am highly passionate about helping individuals and couples reach their full potential. I've have studied at University of Michigan and Wayne State University. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a certified sex therapist (CST) with a passion for sexual health.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a dedicated therapist, wife, Mom, sister, aunt, reader, and I am passionate about sexual health and comprehensive sexuality education. I am sex positive and love helping others. I spend my free time with my family, volunteering with the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan, learning about sexual health, couples issues and sexuality education. I also spend a lot of time in northern Michigan and love it.
