About My Clients
I help adults navigating depression, trauma, relationship issues, personality or mood disorders, substance use, and life transitions. If your emotions feel intense or your past feels hard to move on from, you’re not alone. My goal is to help you understand your inner world, break unhelpful patterns, and develop skills that support healing, stability, and a more fulfilling life.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS). I’ve worked across inpatient, outpatient, crisis stabilization, and medication-management settings, giving me a broad and practical understanding of mental health across different levels of care. Much of my training and clinical focus is in trauma and personality disorders. This allows me to help clients understand the deeper roots of their patterns, emotions, and relationships — and to create meaningful, lasting change rather than just short-term relief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels real, warm, and collaborative. I value honesty, emotional expression, and creating a space where you don’t have to censor yourself or “have it all together.” I approach my work from a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental perspective and see therapy as a partnership — one where we explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and care. I believe healing happens through connection, insight, and learning how to show up for yourself in new ways. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you work toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
