We all experience both tranquility and turmoil throughout our lives at different times. As we grow and learn through these experiences reaching out for help is a powerful thing that can help you regain control of your life at a time when you might feel lost. With my compassion, active listening skills, and empathetic approach to counseling my goal is that I can help guide you to regain the strength within you that will lead you back to a path that you feel happy with. I value the therapeutic relationship and will work to establish a strong healthy relationship with you that will foster the change you wish to see in yourself and your life. I have several interests outside of mental health. Those include things like hiking, paddle boarding or anything outside. I think nature does wonders for our mental health! I also love reading and a good cup of coffee.
