You’ll spend time exploring ways to grow and increase self-acceptance along with discussing the challenges you’re dealing with. While I have experience with clients from various backgrounds and needs, I specialize with teen and adult female or non-binary clients seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma and transitions.
