I approach therapy with a deep sense of compassion and empathy. In my work, I have had the honor of helping many individuals find their way through grief and loss, difficult life transitions, low self-esteem, and various mental health issues. I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming space where we will develop a plan that is unique to your strengths and needs, as well as discovering what is holding you back from growing and thriving.
My Background and Approach
Since each client and situation is unique, I find myself working from an integrative therapy lens, drawing techniques from humanistic and strengths-based approaches. My specialties include grief, life transitions, self-esteem, caregiver distress, depression, and anxiety. In our work, I will help you better understand yourself and your desired goals in life. I know reaching out to a therapist can often feel overwhelming and anxiety producing, but you do not need to suffer alone. You have come to the right place.
