Trauma-informed therapy for first responders, veterans, and families navigating stress, burnout, and high-conflict dynamics.

Licensed Professional Counselor in The Woodlands, TX

About My Clients

My clients are often high-functioning professionals, first responders, veterans, and parents who are managing intense stress, trauma, or high-conflict family situations. Many feel burned out, emotionally numb, or constantly on edge while trying to hold everything together. Others are navigating divorce or co-parenting conflict and want clarity, stability, and practical tools. They are ready for meaningful change and want support that is direct, grounded, and compassionate.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and U.S. Navy veteran with a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to therapy. My work is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience supporting individuals in high-stress roles and complex family systems. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, respectful, and practical. I work with clients to build emotional regulation, reduce stress and trauma responses, improve communication, and regain a sense of control in their lives. I integrate evidence-based practices while tailoring therapy to each person’s goals and circumstances. Whether you are coping with burnout, anxiety, trauma, or high-conflict co-parenting, my goal is to help you feel supported, capable, and empowered to move forward with clarity and resilience. I also serve as a Parent Facilitator and Parent Coordinator, working with families actively involved in custody disputes to reduce conflict, improve communication, and support child-focused decision-making.
