I proudly serve the veteran and first responder communities along with specializing in treatment for teens and adults. If you're struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma, I can help.
My Background and Approach
My areas of specialization include working with veterans and first responders, trauma recovery, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and LGBTQ+. I work with adults, and adolescents aged 12+. I'm passionate about helping others in overcoming the many roadblocks that impede individuals and families from living their best lives. I employ a variety of techniques including CBT, mindfulness, grounding exercises, and more to help clients achieve their goals.
