About My Clients
Life after childhood trauma can feel like survival mode, even when everything on the outside looks “fine.” You might feel anxious, overwhelmed, or shut down. The impact of what you went through can show up in your relationships, your body, and how you see yourself. I work with millennials who are ready to stop living in survival mode and start feeling more connected, present, and in control. My clients are often the strong ones, the cycle breakers, or the ones everyone else leans on most.
My Background and Approach
My clients describe me as warm, calming, and compassionate. Therapy with me goes beyond talking. I use brain-based approaches like EMDR, along with parts work, mindfulness, and nervous system support to help your brain process what’s been carrying so much weight. My approach is collaborative, gentle, and paced around you. Together, we’ll: • Build clarity around what you want to work on • Explore the roots of what’s been holding you back without needing to revisit every detail • Use practical, research-informed tools that support lasting change This work can help you feel less stuck, sleep more easily, and move through stress without shutting down or feeling overwhelmed.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, body positive, and welcoming to all identities and lived experiences. You deserve a space where you feel safe, respected, and fully seen. If you’re ready for support, I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if working together feels like a good fit. Reach out today and let’s take the first step together.
