About My Clients
My areas of focus are trauma and PTSD, complex and developmental trauma, emotional regulation and nervous system awareness, anxiety related to trauma, as well as self-esteem and identity. I work especially well with adults who are ready to engage in trauma-focused work and appreciate a therapist who combines empathy with evidence-based direction. If you are looking for a clinician who is warm, intelligent, and committed to helping you create lasting change, I would be honored to support you.
My Background and Approach
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) with other evidence-based techniques to help clients understand and heal the different “parts” of themselves shaped by trauma. IFS allows us to work with compassion rather than judgment, helping you build internal safety and resilience. Alongside this, I provide a structured therapeutic framework so sessions feel purposeful, grounding, and aligned with your goals. I am naturally motivational and collaborative, helping clients stay engaged in the healing process while respecting their pace. Therapy with me is not about reliving the past, but about creating new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you. Clients often describe me as kind, compassionate, and thoughtful, while also appreciating my clarity and clinical strength. I offer guidance that is gentle yet direct, and I create an environment that feels both emotionally safe and organized. You can expect sessions to be structured and intentional with room for reflection.
