About My Clients
Tossing and turning all night? Feeling tired but wired? Waking up at 2am like clockwork? Sleep therapy may be right for you. As a Stanford-trained holistic sleep specialist and insomnia expert, my goal is to help you get better quality sleep ASAP.
My Background and Approach
Sleep psychology or behavioral sleep medicine is the sole focus of my practice. In addition to insomnia, I help optimize sleep quality for a wide variety of sleep disorders (e.g., sleep apnea, delayed sleep phase) using a personalized and holistic approach.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should always be a non-judgmental and safe space. Sleep therapy involves changing negative thoughts and/or behaviors around sleep over the course of 4-6 visits. Think of CBTi as more of a workshop or class; each visit involves learning about sleep science and specific sleep skills to help improve your sleep quality.
