About My Clients
I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, and struggles with self-confidence. I especially enjoy supporting people who feel lost, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to rediscover who they are. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can gain insight, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create a clearer sense of identity and direction.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in New Jersey with five years of experience working in addiction treatment across a variety of roles in inpatient care, and two years of experience providing individual therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families, supporting clients experiencing addiction, co-occurring mental health concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and struggles with self-confidence or identity. My approach is person-centered, warm, and individualized, with a strong emphasis on building trust and creating a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship. I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also continuing to expand my knowledge of therapeutic modalities and interventions. I value continuing education and believe in holistic care that considers the whole person.
